வைட்டமின் ஏ, டி போன்ற கொழுப்பில் கரையக்கூடிய வைட்டமின்கள் அதிகபடியாக நம் கல்லீரலில்  சேரும்போது நச்சுதன்மையானவயாக மாறுகின்றன, ஏனெனில் அவை நீரில் கரைவதில்லை .
